This Privacy & Cookie Statement applies to all personal information collected and used by Fibrant via its website.  Fibrant respects your privacy and complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

Fibrant will not retain your personal data for longer than necessary in light of the purpose of processing, unless the data has to be kept for a longer period in accordance with legal obligations. Fibrant will store and – where permitted – transfer your personal data in a secure manner, by means of the current usual techniques.

Your personal data will not be transferred to parties located in countries outside the European Economic Area, which do not have an adequate level of protection according to the Fibrant Privacy Code for Customer, Supplier and Business Partner Data.

Children

The Fibrant websites are not intended to be used by persons under the age of sixteen (16) and we will not knowingly allow such visitors to use Fibrant ’s websites.

Right to access / rectification / object

You, as a data subject, have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not personal data about you are being processed by us, and if so, access to the personal data.
