Junior Product Sales Manager

Is ‘relationship manager’ your middle name? Then you may well be our new Junior Product Sales Manager

You thrive in a dynamic commercial environment and long-term account management is your second nature.

You are the living example of a relationship manager with a clear goal. Within Fibrant you prove to be a dedicated team player, but when you are out there in the field you also show your qualities as an independently operating professional. Thanks to your strong entrepreneurial skills and out of the box way of thinking you are never afraid to experience new things. You also dare to make mistakes because it makes you stronger.

Your craftsmanship

Do you recognize yourself in this profile, then you are really cut for Fibrant. At the moment we are looking for a driven Junior Product Sales Manager to strengthen our Marketing & Sales team.

Working closely with the Director Marketing & Sales and the Marketing & Sales Manager you are responsible for the account management of various existing customers. Besides that, you are in the lead for a project in which Fibrant wants to analyze the difference between ‘man-made fibers’ and natural fibers, and the relevance for the nylon world.

Key responsibilities

Your first priority: adequate account management

Maintaining existing customer relations in a business to business environment is your first priority as a Junior Product Sales Manager. In your day to day work you set up, coordinate and execute specific account plans to realize predefined sales, margin, SHE and overall customer relationship objectives. You contribute to shaping the overall Fibrant business strategy by translating and executing it for your own accounts.

Key principle for adequate account management is building trustworthy and sustainable relationships. You have to understand the needs of your customers and act accordingly, helping them to be successful and seizing new opportunities for Fibrant. It also means you have to take care of internal stakeholders like Customer Service, Purchase and Production in order to ensure a smooth commercial process.

Account management, amongst others, includes:

  • Analyzing markets by using all available tools;
  • Monitoring the execution of account plans;
  • Leading contract negotiations and ensuring the conclusion of sales contracts;
  • Providing forecasts of customer demand.

Your second priority: analyzing ‘man-made fibers’

It is crucial for Fibrant to constantly identify new business opportunities, focus on product and process innovation and expand our customer base. In your job one project in particular is vital for the future of Fibrant. Our company is the international market leader in Caprolactam and nylon. In order to build a strong business case in this industry we first have to analyze the added value of ‘man-made fibers’ relative to natural fibers.

And that’s where you come along. You will perform a thorough market analysis, turn the outcome into an account strategy and account plan, execute this plan and realize the agreed goals and targets. Of course, you can rely on your team colleagues in executing this project, but we need you to be capable of executing a commercial project from start to finish. In other words: we need you to deliver!
